      Hi everyone,

I’ve recently started using <strong>Budecort Respules 0.5 mg/2 ml, and I have several questions for people who are familiar with this medication.

I understand that it contains budesonide, an inhaled corticosteroid that helps reduce inflammation inside the lungs. My healthcare provider explained that it is designed for long-term asthma management and should be used consistently even when symptoms improve. Unlike rescue inhalers, it isn’t meant to provide instant relief during severe breathing attacks.

Since I’m new to nebulizer therapy, I’d like to know how others organize their treatment schedule. Do you usually take it at the same time every day? How long does a typical nebulizer session last?

I’ve also been told that proper nebulizer cleaning is important to keep the equipment working correctly and reduce contamination. Do you have a cleaning routine that has worked well for you?

One thing I keep hearing is the importance of rinsing the mouth after treatment. Has this helped prevent throat irritation or oral fungal infections? Did anyone experience hoarseness, coughing, or changes in voice while using the medication?

For people with asthma or COPD, how effective has Budecort Respules been in reducing flare-ups or improving breathing over time? Did you notice gradual improvement after several weeks of regular treatment?

I’m interested in practical experiences rather than medical advice. Any suggestions for beginners learning to use nebulizer medications would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for sharing your knowledge.
