Thinking About Importing from Japanese Used Car Auctions — Any Tips?

Hi guys! I’m considering purchasing a car from Japanese used vehicle auctions directly and I’m really looking forward to sharing this experience with you. I started with comparing different exporters and one of them Nobuko Japan was the one that many seem to go with, but I haven’t tried working with them (or anyone) yet. If you have been through the importation process, how did the whole thing go bidding, fees, shipping charges, surprises, things you’d do differently? Is there any company you’d recommend or avoid?
