Thinking of buying a used Dodge Charger – anyone know a good pre purchase inspector?

I’ve been searching for a 2017 Charger R/T for weeks and finally found one that looks clean and has service history, but it’s being sold by a small dealer in Al Quoz and I really don’t want to get stuck with someone else’s problem. I’ve heard way too many stories about odometer rollbacks and hidden accident damage on American cars here, so before I commit I want to get a proper set of eyes on it. Does anyone know where I can find a Reliable Dodge Car Inspection Dubai that actually knows these cars and will check things like the HEMI tick, transmission health, and suspension wear? I’m happy to pay for a thorough report, I just need someone who won’t rush through it or miss obvious red flags. Any recommendations from personal experience would be hugely appreciated.
