Apex Asset Management calling about old medical bill from merged hospital?

Has anyone dealt with Apex Asset Management? I just got a letter from them about a hospital stay from over two years ago. The confusing part is the hospital merged into a new system and my online portal shows a zero balance. I never got a bill, and I thought insurance covered it. Reading online, this seems to be a pattern with them and medical billing chaos after hospital mergers. They keep calling, and I’m not sure what to do next. Should I pay them or dispute it? Any advice?
