I understand that it contains orciprenaline (metaproterenol), a bronchodilator that helps relax the muscles in the airways, making it easier to breathe. It may be prescribed for conditions such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or other respiratory disorders where airway narrowing causes wheezing and shortness of breath.
