My pulmonologist recently prescribed Triohale Rotacaps 18 mcg/12 mcg/400 mcg as part of my long-term treatment plan for COPD, and I’m interested in hearing from others who have used it. From what I’ve learned, it combines three different medicines in one inhalation treatment to help keep the airways open, reduce inflammation, and improve breathing over time. Since it’s considered a maintenance therapy, I understand it’s meant for regular use rather than for sudden breathing attacks.
